Project: Hive6 mobile application
left arrow

Problem: Hive6, a small startup, had the idea of a project management mobile application. In order to design an interface that was desirable and intuitive for our target users, we needed to understand what they need, want, and how they would react to our designs.

Solution: From analysis of our product, we formed our target users: the student, the business man/woman, and the stay-at-home or retired person. As the UX team, we brainstormed different personas and scenarios to figure out what features would be needed. During the design phases we continually tested with users via interviews and questionaires. This allowed us to refine our designs and ommit any unnecessary features to continually improve our product.
